Passengers arriving on any airline at both Jomo Kenyatta International (JKIA) & Wilson Airports, can now contact our 24/7 call center for real-time updates on the status of their missing luggage. All lost luggage enquiries are handled free of charge at our dedicated call center located at Terminal 1D, JKIA. For those who require extra support, we also offer personalized luggage retrieval and delivery facilitation upon request.
